MARC O'CASAL, CURTISS-WRIGHT

Marc started his career in banking at Bankers Trust in 1989 and shifted to Corporate Treasury responsibilities in 1994 when he joined the Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company. Following a five-year stint as Director of Treasury and Investor Relations with Datascope, a company in the medical device industry, he joined Curtiss-Wright in 2002. 

As Assistant Treasurer, his responsibilities include capital market financing, cash management, investments, and interest rate risk management. Additionally, he has led Curtiss-Wright’s multimillion dollar insurance risk management program, including Aviation Liability working with Aon and the ABC, for the past 23 years.

ABC appreciates Marc’s insights on the Board of Trustees and is honored to have served Curtiss-Wright for seven decades.  The Walter Mather Award was presented to Marc at the 2025 ABC Annual Conference.
