Hotel Room Rate

$265 per night plus 14.02% tax per night (state and local tax).  There is an additional one-time $12.00 per adult charge to cover round trip porterage.

The conference rate is only valid until August 10 OR until the contracted room block is filled which may occur earlier than August 19. Please book early for best availability. After this date, any un-reserved rooms will be released into general hotel inventory for resale.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation of individual guest room reservations made up to seven days prior to arrival will be accepted, and the deposit refunded for those rooms for the full night's stay.
